1. Services Provided
Global Insight Consulting offers business consultancy, legal advisory, audit services, tax system setup, executive hiring, factory setup assistance, and related professional services. All services are provided based on the agreed scope and terms with the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the effective delivery of services. Clients are responsible for their business decisions and compliance with applicable laws.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms, fees, and schedules will be defined in individual service agreements or proposals.
Unless otherwise specified, payments are due within [30] days of invoice date.
Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services until cleared.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Termination shall not relieve the client of obligations to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Indian, Mumbai].
9. Changes to Terms
